It is a fully equipped Pilates Studio.

We work on all the pieces of equipment in our sessions to challenge or assist you. Private Sessions are a great way to get started if you are a complete beginner or if you would like a tailored, bespoke session based around your specific needs/goals.

Sessions of two or three people offer a more group feel but still with individual attention.

Studio Sessions are a great way to work on all pieces of equipment or just concentrate on mat work, in a more cost effective way and group feel but still gaining that individual attention.
